At Gateway into the Community we are a small but very dedicated team, all working together to ensure that the people we support live happy and fulfilled lives. Working with people with learning disabilities is hugely rewarding. We make a real and positive difference to peopleโs lives enabling them to reach their full potential and feel valued members of their own local and wider community.
We employ both Sessional and Community support workers who work with our learning disabled members who have a wide range of complex needs. There are many personal qualities needed to be a good support worker and previous experience and qualifications are not always essential as full training and development will be provided.
We do not currently have any vacancies at present, but any vacancies we have will be advertised here and in the local press.
